4-Mile Run
This official New York Road Runners Club (NYRR) scored race counts toward 2011 guaranteed entry eligibility requirements for the ING New York City Marathon. You do not have to be an NYRR member to register for the run.
1.3-Mile Health Walk
You only need to pay the registration fee for your child if you wish him/her to receive a bib and t-shirt. The walk will not be scored or timed. If children are signed up for the Kids' Fun Run, they can participate in the Walk without additional charge.
Kids' Fun Run
Sign your son or daughter up for one to two block races - a great way for them to participate in a great cause without doing the full Walk. Every child will receive a ribbon, a racing bib and some special treats. The length of the race varies per age group. Pictures will be available post-race as well!
Cheering Section
Showing up at the park even if you can't run or walk is a great way to show your support for R Baby and infant healthcare while enjoying a meaningful day with family. You are not required to register in order to attend the day of the Run/Walk; the Family Festival is open to all. Please see our Activities section to keep track of all the exciting events that will be going on at the Festival.
A host of public figures expected to attend.
Much more to come soon!
